Approximate times: 8-21. A division into groups is foreseen to limit waiting times. However, it is recommended to participate in the courses, experiences and events without rushing, considering yourself engaged in the time slot 8:00 – 21:00. For technical and organizational reasons, times could be extended and queues could be created without this however resulting in any right to reimbursement or compensation. The events, experiences and driving courses all end by 21:00 on the same day on which they are organized. For technical and organizational reasons, even if not serious, the dates of the events and circuits may be subject to changes up to 5 days before even if previously confirmed. In the case of experience or driving course on snow and ice, sports driving courses and military driving courses, the dates of the events and the circuits may be subject to changes up to 2 hours before due to the impracticability of the track, adverse weather conditions and lack of snow/ice, increases in temperatures and other atmospheric phenomena etc... In no case will refunds be made but only changes to dates or experiences. In the event of severe bad weather, the courses will be postponed even on the same day of the event without this giving rise to the right to a refund but only to use a new date. The experiences, events and courses can only be used within and no later than 6/12 months from purchase. Exceptions and/or postponements are not permitted for any reason, cause or title. Reservations can be cancelled and/or postponed, only once, without penalty by users/customers up to 48 hours before the booked date and time. Even in the event of cancellation and/or postponement within 48 hours of the date of the booked event/experience/course; the experience and/or course or event must be booked in such a way as to use it in any case within and no later than 6 months from the purchase. The date of payment is valid. In no case will refunds be made. For serious causes and/or force majeure beyond the control and/or organization of GuidaSicuraSupercar.it (for example natural causes or technical failures) an express derogation from the above is made. Each event/experience or course may be subject to postponements, unforeseen events, delays and sudden cancellations and the dates of the events and the circuits may be subject to changes even during the course of the same, even on the same day of the course beyond the limits of 5 days and/or 2 hours mentioned above. The driver will always and in any case be responsible both in civil and criminal proceedings for his driving activity and for the damages resulting from it. The Experience or Courses will still be held even in the event of adverse weather conditions and heavy rain, except for the technical impracticability of the track referred to in point 2 regarding the courses and experiences on snow and ice. FOR ALL DRIVING COURSES THE BRAKING EXERCISES will be performed with “normal” cars, not supercars, considering that the same braking exercises would make no sense if performed with supercars with powerful braking systems and control electronics that obviously do not represent everyday emergency situations. The slalom and trajectory and curve exercises will always be performed with a Ferrari or another Supercar For the driving courses on ice, sports cars with snow tires will be used The cars cannot be chosen. In order of arrival, you drive the car that happens to be in your turn. ALL THE EXERCISES CARRIED OUT ON THE ICE RACETRACK (usually Sauze di Cesana, Pragelato or La Thuile) will not be performed with a Ferrari. In no case will refunds be made, only changes to dates or experiences. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal from the Contract.
